By placing an order you explicitly commit to the terms of business and delivery of the Aika Verlag.

 

 

 

Prices are quoted in Euro including the legal value added tax (VAT) from currently 7 resp. 19% (depending on the article).

 

 

Following shipping costs are current:

 

Within Germany: 1.45 EUR

European countries: 3.40 EUR

Outside Europe: 6.00 EUR

 

The current shipping costs will be displayed separately before submitting your order.

Delivered items remain our property until payment in full.

 

 

Consumer is any natural person who conducts a legal transactions for a purpose that cannot be assigned to the person's commercial or self-employed professional activity. You have the right to return ordered articles in their original packaging (CDs in unopened packaging or with intact original seal) within the period of a month without indication of reasons. Returned articles have to be in resalable condition. Please include a copy of the delivery note with the returned articles. A timely dispatch is enough for the adherence to the time limit. As a consumer you may revoke your contractual declaration within a period of 14 days in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) without giving reasons or - if the goods are surrendered to you before the deadline is over - by returning the goods. At the earliest the deadline commences one day after the merchandise has been received by the customer and the customer has received a cancellation policy which he/she is still to be informed of by separate mail in the written form (e.g. letter, fax, email) according to §312c passage 2 BGB in confunction with §1 passage 1, 2 and 4 BGB-IfnoV and our duties according to § 312 e passage 1 clause 1 BGB in conjunction with § 3 BGB-InfoV.

In the event of effective withdrawal any mutually received benefits are to be refunded and possible benefits derived (e.g. interest) to be returned. If you are unable to release the rendered service either in full or in part or only in deteriorated condition, you may be liable to pay compensation in this respect. This does not apply if such deterioration is entirely attributable to their inspection as it would have been possible for you in, for instance, a retail outlet. For any deterioration that occurred by using the goods as intended we resverve the right to demand compensation.

 

Items suitable for delivery by parcel are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the cost of returning if the goods ordered are in conformity with those ordered, and if the price of the items returned does not exceed an amount of 40 Euros or if in the case of a higher price of the goods you have not yet performed the service in return or any partial payment as agreed upon by contract at the point in time of revocation. Otherwise, return delivery will be free of charge for you. Items not suitable for shipment will be picked up. Obligations to refund payments must be met within 30 days. The period begins with the transmission of your statement or recovation of things for us with their reception.
